Redeeming points in Globe is a great way to get rewards and discounts on products and services you may already use. If you’re trying to figure out how to redeem points in Globe, this article will provide a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of your rewards.
There are three (3) ways to redeem your Globe Rewards points: GlobeOne app, USSD code, or SMS.
How to Redeem Points in Globe Using GlobeOne App
You can check your points or redeem them using the new GlobeOne app. Simply follow the steps below:
- Install the GlobeOne app and sign in to your account. Make sure you have registered to Globe Rewards already. If not, follow the steps in the next section.
- Click the “Rewards” tab and select the type of reward you want to avail
- Tap “Redeem“
- Wait for the transaction confirmation on your screen. An SMS confirmation from 4438 will also be sent to your mobile number. It contains the unique code for the reward that you chose in the previous step.
How to Redeem Points in Globe Using 143 USSD Code
If you want to redeem Globe rewards without the need for an app or internet connection, you may do so via the USSD code. However, the list of rewards is not as diverse as in the GlobeOne app. Here’s how you can do it:
- Using your mobile phone, dial *143# and press Call
- Select Rewards > Redeem Rewards. You may select the following options:
- Telco Products
- Vouchers
- Points Conversion
- Donation
How to Redeem Points in Globe Thru SMS
The last option is by sending a text message. Again, the reward options are not as detailed as in the GlobeOne app. Here’s how you can do it:
- Start by texting REDEEM and send to 4438
- Choose the promo or reward that you want to claim
Note: You can also check your balance by sending BAL to 4438.
How Do You Register to Enjoy Globe Rewards
A Globe subscriber is automatically registered to Globe rewards. Hence, no registration is necessary. If you’re a new Globe subscriber and haven’t registered to the GlobeOne app yet, follow the steps below.
- Download the GlobeOne app from the App Store or Google Play
- Tap “Create one now” to register. Enter your personal information such as your Email and Password.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap “Sign up“
- Click the “Verify Email” button to confirm your email
- Tap “Add account” to register your Mobile Number or Broadband. After which, tap “Next“
- If using a Prepaid or Postpaid Mobile number, enter your 11-digit mobile number
- Tap “Mobile Number“
- Enter the One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile number via SMS
- Create a nickname for the account in the app
- If using a Prepaid Broadband, you can register either the account number, landline number, or home prepaid wifi number.
- Connect your mobile device to your HPW network. Make sure that it has a load or that it’s subscribed to a promo.
- Tap “Broadband” and enter your HPW number
- Select HPW modem type
- GlobeOne app will detect your HPW device and register it automatically
- Create a nickname for the account in the app
- If using a Postpaid Broadband, you can register either the account number, landline number, or home prepaid wifi number.
- Tap “Broadband“
- Enter your account number (ex. 0123456789), landline number (ex. 02 8765 4321) or HPW number (ex. 0917 987 6543) then tap “Next“
- Select your verification method either thru your registered mobile number or email
- Accomplish the verification method by entering the OTP (mobile number) or confirmation link (email)
- Create a nickname for the account in the app

How Many Globe Accounts Can I Register in GlobeOne App
You can register up to 10 accounts in the GlobeOne app. But you can delete an account just in case you want to register another new account.
Who is Qualified to Register to Globe Rewards
Globe users who are either one of the following are qualified to register for Globe Rewards:
- Globe Prepaid or TM Prepaid subscribers – mobile users using the Globe Prepaid SIM or TM Prepaid SIM
- Globe Postpaid subscribers – mobile users using the Globe Postpaid SIM or TM Postpaid SIM
- Globe Home Prepaid subscribers – Home Prepaid Wifi users using Globe Prepaid SIM
- Globe at Home Postpaid subscribers – Home Postpaid Wifi users using Globe Postpaid SIM
What is the Globe Rewards Program
Globe Rewards is a loyalty and rewards system to its subscribers that allows Globe prepaid and postpaid subscribers by converting their earned points into promos, call, SMS, data, bill rebates, digital vouchers or even use your rewards points to donate to charities and causes.
You can earn points everytime you buy a load or pay your Globe bills. For Globe/TM Prepaid subscribers, points are computed based on regular load and promo purchases. For Globe postpaid subscribers, points are computed based on monthly bill payments.
The amount of points that you will earn per transaction is equivalent to 2% of the total load amount. Every 50 pesos spent on Globe services is equivalent to 1 point that you exchange for Globe promos or purchase items. Hence, if you load 50 pesos, you will earn 1 point.
In redeeming points, 1 point = P1. Just make sure to claim your points before expiration (typically points earned on the previous year expire on March 31) so they won’t be forfeited.
Where Can I Use My Globe Rewards Points
Your points can be used in many ways. Here are the redemption options:
- Text, Call, Data or Globe Promos: you can use your points to subscribe to Globe’s unlimited text, call, or data promos.
- Convert points to Loyalty Programs: you can also convert your rewards points to SM Advantage card points that you can use at any SM Store
- Donate to causes and charities: if you want to give back to society, you can use your points to donate to causes or charities
- Travel: you can use your earned points to pay for your gas
- Payment for partner establishments: Globe has more than 3,000 partner stores. You can use your points to pay for dining, entertainment, clothing, etc.
- Convert to GCash credits: if you want GCash, you can convert your reward points as cash via GCash credits. 1 point = P1
