Which is better GCash or Paymaya?
It depends. GCash is best for personal use, but Paymaya is great for business owners.
I usually use GCash for bills, online purchases, and money transfers, but Paymaya is a good “backup” e-wallet.
GCash is easier to use, and most of my friends and family use it. Sadly, only a few of my friends are using Paymaya.
But, many businesses are using Paymaya Point of Sale (POS) because there’s no GCash POS.
Paymaya Customer Service
If, for any reason, you encounter problems with Paymaya, you can always contact them thru the following:
- Paymaya Support Email: [email protected]
- Paymaya Support Page
- Hotline number: (632) 845 7788
- Toll-free number: 1-800-10845-7788
- *788 using Smart mobile phone number
Conclusion
The Paymaya app is installed on my phone, but I only use it when merchants don’t accept GCash or Shopee Pay.
It’s an excellent mobile wallet, but only a few of my networks use it. Smart (or PLDT) has much catching up to surpass GCash.
How about you? Are you using GCash or Paymaya?
